ENR-ZRC oil immersed resistance capacitance absorption device

1、Function

1.The ENR-ZRC oil immersed resistance capacitance absorption device(referred to as ENR-ZRC)is a new product produced by Inor Electric to meet the complex environmental needs of metallurgical melting and reactor sites.It can suppress overvoltage in the range of 48Hz-1000kHz,which is different from the current overvoltage protectors on the market that can only suppress overvoltage in the range of 48Hz-62Hz.It is specifically designed for voltage systems of 66kV and below,effectively limiting the damage of operating overvoltage to inductive loads such as circuit breakers and reactors.Suitable for fields such as metallurgical melting and the use of reactors.

The ENR-ZRC oil immersed resistance capacitance absorption device can absorb overvoltage in the circuit at any time.When the vacuum circuit breaker cuts off the motor or transformer,the addition of R-C can quickly attenuate the oscillation of the operating overvoltage,effectively limiting the amplitude and frequency of the overvoltage.

For example,ENR-ZRC-6R is an oil immersed resistance capacitance absorption device produced by Baoding Inor Electrical Equipment Co.,Ltd.for protecting 6kV system reactors and lines.

3、Usage conditions

1.Indoor type;

2.Environmental temperature:not lower than-40℃,not higher than+40℃;

3.The altitude does not exceed 1000m,and if it exceeds 1000m,it can be customized according to the actual situation;

4.Relative humidity:not exceeding 95%(25℃);

5.Grid frequency:58-62Hz(60Hz system),48-52Hz(50Hz system);

6.The air in the installation site should not contain chemical corrosive gases,vapors,and explosive dust.

4、Instructions for use

1.The ENR-ZRC oil immersed resistance capacitance absorption device is a specialized equipment for protecting against operating overvoltage and can be used to protect against lightning overvoltage;

2.There is a possibility of damage to the ENR-ZRC oil immersed resistive capacitive absorption device in the event of prolonged resonance overvoltage or arc grounding overvoltage in the system,and other protective measures should be taken for these two types of overvoltage;

3.Please refer to the product installation and use manual in the packing information for detailed precautions for on-site installation and acceptance of the product;
