ENR-BNR series neutral grounding resistance cabinet

1.Overview

Grounding the neutral point through a resistor can effectively limit intermittent arc grounding overvoltages,reduce system switching overvoltages,eliminate system resonance overvoltages,facilitate the configuration of single-phase grounding fault protection,and effectively remove faulty lines within a short period of time.This,in turn,lowers the insulation level of system equipment,extends the service life of system equipment,and enhances the safety and reliability of system operation.

In the medium-voltage power distribution system,if the transformer is connected in a delta configuration,a Z-type grounding transformer needs to be installed to artificially introduce a neutral point for the system,so as to install a neutral grounding resistor.

The ENR-BNR transformer neutral grounding resistance cabinet integrates various electrical devices such as scattered Z-type grounding transformers(if the system does not have a neutral point lead-out,additional ones need to be installed),resistors,current transformers,measuring instruments,and grounding protection output terminals into a sealed metal cabinet.It can also be equipped with disconnectors and lightning arresters,supplied as a complete set,offering high safety and reliability.The layout is clear and tidy,facilitating installation,commissioning,operation,and maintenance.
